FLX+ Superfix 120

FLX+ Superfix 120 is a highly flexible cement-based tile adhesive for bonding tiles to various substrates, including solid gypsum blocks. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use on floors, including underfloor heating systems, and walls.

Suitable for bonding onto concrete, cement, lime-cement and gypsum mortars, plasterboard, cement floors and anhydrite floors.

Suitable for tile-over-tile applications, including porcelain stoneware tiles, ceramic coverings, mosaics, brick slips, stone strips, natural stone, engineered stone and concrete tiles. Also suitable for large-format tiles.

Instructions for use

The substrate must be firm, load-bearing and clean, free from dust, grease, paint, loose material, oil and other residues that may reduce adhesion.
The substrate must be level.
It is recommended to dampen the substrate before application.

Consumption per m²

6 mm notch trowel: 2 kg
8 mm notch trowel: 3 kg
10 mm notch trowel: 4 kg

Mixing ratio: 7 L water per 25 kg FLX+ Superfix
Working time: 20 minutes
Application temperature: 5 to 30 °C
Ready for grouting after: 24 hours
Ready for foot traffic after: 24 hours
Fully load-bearing after: 6 days
Certification: CE, classified as a C2TE adhesive according to EN 12004.
Shelf life: 12 months from the production date, when stored in the original packaging and protected against moisture and frost.
